What are your payment options? TOP
I accept credit cards through a secure shopping cart on my website and also through PayPal.
I also accept checks, although I will have to wait for the check to clear (which can take up to 10 days) before shipping. Please make payments within 2 weeks. If I do not receive payment within that time and I haven't heard from you to make further arrangements, I reserve the right to place the items back into inventory.

I ship using Priority Mail for $5.15 or First Class for $2.50 - both include Delivery Confirmation. For International orders I ship using USPS First Class International for $8.90($6.90 to Canada). I try my hardest to ship the same day if your order arrives in the morning or the next day if it comes in later. I will always communicate with you if there is a delay. Do you ship internationally? TOP
Yes! I ship using First Class Mail International for $8.90 (based on a bubble envelope or small box weighing no more than 4 oz.). Contact me for the rate for larger orders. To Canada the charge is $6.90. What if I'm not happy with my beads? TOP
I always want my customers to be happy! If for some reason the beads just aren't what you had expected please let me know as soon as possible so we can work out a solution. I will happily offer you refund (less shipping), exchange or even a store credit. I want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are returning beads I do expect them to be shipped back in the same condition you received them in. Do you take special orders? TOP
Sometimes. Many of my pieces are hard to repeat, one-of-a-kind creations (especially the boro) but I always tell people to ask! If I think I can come up with something close to your request I will be happy to try. What size mandrel to you use? TOP
Well, mostly I use a 3/32" but occasionally I will use a smaller (1/16") size if I am working on smaller beads. You will also find some of my more recent work where I am using really large mandrels of 1/2" up to an 1'' for the large holed rings. Sometimes I forget to mention the size if it is different than my usual 3/32" so please don't hesitate to email me if you have any questions. |
